Vladimir Putin and Nasser Hussain... look so alike. The Russian premier is more aged. One other who has similar features would be current Bond, Daniel Craig. He's got a much better hairline though.
There're also the hilarious Smeagol/Gollum (from Lord of the Rings) and Dobby (from Harry Potter) resemblences too!
